I. Purpose & Multi-Jurisdictional Scope

This Framework governs the preparation, dispatch, carriage, and ultimate delivery of all tangible goods (“Items”) purchased from LuxxSneaks LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Louisiana and conducting primary operational activities from the State of Texas. Its intent is to outline—at a suitably granular level—the expectations, contingencies, and interpretive principles applicable to all shipments.

II. Standard Transit Representation

1. Advertised Window – LuxxSneaks LLC promotes an expedited delivery estimate of two (2) to three (3) business days commencing upon release of the Item to the Carrier Entity.

2. Typical Performance – In ordinary circumstances, many consignments achieve arrival within one (1) to two (2) business days, though such performance shall be viewed as commendable rather than contractually binding.

III. Processing & Dispatch Leadway

1. Processing Goal – Orders received by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on a business day are typically prepared for dispatch the same day.

2. Leadway Reservation – LuxxSneaks LLC reserves a commercially reasonable margin of additional processing or transit time whenever influenced by factors including, but not limited to: seasonal order surges, supply-chain disruptions, severe weather, carrier network interruptions, verification delays, or other circumstances of comparable magnitude.

IV. Carrier Entities & Tracking Protocol

1. Shipments may be tendered to major U.S. carriers (including UPS, FedEx, USPS, or functional equivalents) at LuxxSneaks LLC’s exclusive discretion.

2. A tracking identifier will be transmitted electronically once an Item enters the custody of the selected Carrier Entity, which shall serve as prima facie evidence of dispatch.

V. Address Accuracy & Custodial Transfer

1. Responsibility for providing complete and accurate delivery information rests solely with the purchaser (“Custodial Stakeholder”).

2. Risk of loss or theft passes to the Custodial Stakeholder upon the earliest of: (a) carrier scan confirmation of delivery, (b) physical acceptance at the designated address, or (c) constructive delivery as recognized by applicable Louisiana law.

VI. Exceptions & Force-Majeure Considerations

Delivery intervals may extend beyond the advertised two-to-three-day window in the presence of:

• Natural disasters, severe weather, or other acts of God;

• Governmental restrictions, labor disputes, or carrier network outages;

• Verification requirements relating to payment or address authenticity;

• Any circumstance deemed by LuxxSneaks LLC, in its reasonable judgment, to materially affect fulfillment.

VII. International Dispatch (If and When Offered)

International consignments, should they be enabled, are subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, and transit times that fall outside the control of LuxxSneaks LLC. The purchaser bears sole responsibility for any such fees or delays.

VIII. Governing Law & Venue

This Framework shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, notwithstanding that operational activities or point-of-origin shipping may occur within the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction. Venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall rest exclusively with a Louisiana state or federal court selected by LuxxSneaks LLC.
